Staytime Terms & Conditions
By booking directly with Staytime and/or their 3rd party websites you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General
Staytime reserves the right to refuse service and cancel any reservation that does not meet the following terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. To stay at a Staytime location, a person under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, A valid credit card for security deposit must be provided, and a photo ID will be required also. You will also need to sign a rental agreement.
Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival with no penalty. After that time the total value of the accommodation will be charged to the credit card on file.
*Please Note: This Cancellation Policy does NOT apply to Special Discounted or Promotional Rates – refer to the Cancellation Policy on your confirmation email that will be specific to your booking.
Cancellations for discounted and promotional bookings
For example Package Deals, special events and Location Hire and other specials will be charged at the time of booking. Advance purchases and other specials are non-refundable or transferable to another date.
Check in and check out
The Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Changes to check-in or check-out times can be arranged in advance directly with the hotel, changes are subject to availability and incur additional charges.
Before check in
A valid credit card for security bond and a photo ID will be required along with signing our rental agreement. If a valid credit card is not provided, Photo ID not provided or rental agreement not signed, your booking will be cancelled with no refund.
Rates and charges
50% payment is taken to confirm your reservation. The balance will be charged 7 days prior to your check-in date. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full payment amount.
We accept only Visa and Master cards and incur a surcharge of 1.3% for each transaction. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, per night, and include GST. Direct bank transfers are also accepted prior to arrival for payments.
Children
Staytime considers children to be between 2 and 12 years.
Infants 0-2 Years can stay at no additional charge if they are in their own cot or using existing bedding only.
Additional beds
In some cases Staytime may be able to provide additional bedding for a fee. Bedding such as Cots, trundle beds and sofas and futons can be made up if required.
Guests Liability
All guests will be liable for any loss or damage to their accommodation booked and its contents, fair wear and tear accepted. All guests agree to pay the rate quoted for the entire stay and any additional charges that are billed to the room before, during, or after the stay; including but not limited to location hire, special packages and tours, and additional vendors. Our property is non-smoking. Any guest smoking in their room may be asked to leave the location and will incur a charge of $500 for having the location off-line for cleaning and deodorizing.
Best rate guaranteed
Staytime guarantees all guests will get the Best Available Rate when they book direct with the Staytime either by phone, email, or on Staytime’s own websites. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates or advance purchase offers. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply if the lower rate is achieved via a currency conversion and when comparing rates both rates must have tax included or tax excluded to ensure a fair comparison.
