Pack a picnic, load your pushies, and make the short drive to the breathtaking Burragorang Lookout. With panoramic views of the Warragamba Dam (Sydney’s main water supply) and wild bushland as far as the eye can see, it’s a nature lover’s paradise. Watch the resident black cockatoos take flight, and lyrebirds dart between shrubs on marked walking trails.

If you’re looking to put the ‘wild’ in your trip out west, mosey on over to K Ranch Arena in Mount Hunter, where you’ll find a world-class indoor horse sports arena inspired by the classic ranches of Texas. Showcasing musters and rodeos, as well as featuring a saloon bar, Texas BBQ, boutique, and saddlery, it’ll bring out the cowboy in the whole family.

Stunning scenery all around, and the home itself was breathtaking. Our family made so many moments we will cherish, from collecting eggs for breakfast to watching Avatar on the big screen in the home cinema. We enjoyed making pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven and swimming in the pool and heated spa. What a perfect holiday for a family – we highly recommend JAMS Lodge and cannot wait to visit again.

This house is amazing

Every space has been thoughtfully set up to be enjoyed. Great for families or getting away with friends; once you arrive, there is no need to leave. Shane was very informative about the property and ensured we were set up for a great weekend.

Wow, you hit this one out of the park

From the sinks to the showers, the walk-in wardrobe, the pool, and the goats – which, I might add, were the cutest features of the place! – you can easily tell so much thought has been put into the house itself. Loved everyone not being on their phones all the time and genuinely just being present due to having no reception. An amazing place to have a weekend away with the family. Loved every second of it and would recommend it to all!

Everything we needed

My friends and I had an amazing stay at the JAMS Lodge. The place is beautiful; we really enjoyed the pool, spa & cinema room. The house is so great, we didn’t have to leave it the entire weekend. I would definitely recommend it for a relaxing weekend away with family or friends.
