Are unapproved parties allowed?
NO, Staytime has a strictly no party policy, failure to comply with this rule will result in loss of your security deposit and immediate ejection from site.
How many guests can stay overnight at your locations?
JAMS Lodge, Oakdale = 10
Idlewylde Cottage, Blackheath = 6
Seaside at Seven Beach Shack, Dolphin Point = 6
Dr Crookstons Guesthouse = 2
Can we hire locations for special events?
Our Camden and Oakdale properties can be hired for special events. This sort of hire is done on a case by case basis and requires additional information and management. Costing for these sort of events are priced separately.
Do we accept cash payments?
NO, Staytime operates cashless locations. Please let us know if this is a challenge for you prior to arrival
What card types do we accept?
MasterCard, and Visa only , these cards are available at a 1.3% surcharge for all transactions. We do not charge a surcharge on debit cards. Staytime accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold a pre-authorised amount prior to arrival.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed at our locations.
What time is check in and check out?
Check-in at Staytime locations is from 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
Can I check in later than 3:00pm?
If this is required please contact the Staytime team and pre organise this otherwise you may risk not being able to check in.
Can we organise early check in or late check out?

Can I park a car at Staytime locations?
JAMS Lodge, Oakdale = Yes, Onsite Parking
Idlewylde Cottage, Blackheath = Yes, Onsite Parking
Seaside at Seven Beach Shack, Dolphin Point = Yes, Onsite Parking
Dr Crookstons = No but street parking is available.
Are pets allowed at the properties?
In general our properties are NOT set up for pets. If you require to bring your pet to one of the locations please talk to Staytime to discuss options and pricing. In short our properties are not suited to pets and are not designed for this purpose. If a guest decides to bring a pet they do this at their own risk. In NO circumstance is pet ever to go inside of any of the properties.
